To be promoted from GA to Master General Agent (MGA 75% - 77.5%):

How to Maintain Contract

SA Expectations to maintain the contract:

  • Code and train one agent a month

  • Personal Recruit or obtain 1 hire per week

  • $1,500-$2,000 ALP per agent 

  • Weekly 1 on 1 with each agent on team 

GA Expectations to maintain the contract

  • Train 1 direct agent a month

  • Obtain 1 hire per manager per week

  • 5,000alp min personal production/ month

  • 2,000-1,500 alp avg / agent

  • Maintain 1 Referral sale per week per agent

  • Weekly 1 on 1 with each agent on team

  • Personal Development

    • 1 book or audio tape per month

  • Pipeline management

    • Be able to manage the pipeline from A to B to C

  • Learn how to do a proper Final

    • Sit in 1 minimum per week
